The Project: 715 Holdings is as the name implies a real estate holdings company specializing in high-end custom rebuilds of existing properties. The owner, Brian Willingham, came to me in 2016 with an idea for a logo and asked me to create the mark.
The Requirements: Brian wanted a mark that would convey the nature of his business in real estate. Other than that he expressed no other real restrictions or requirements. After discovery and several working sessions, two marks emerged and Brian made his decision.
The Result: Brian's new mark for 715 Holdings looks like a building or residence address plate, which he was pleased with. Jacoby Alley is now working with 715 Holdings to build a website to increase 715 Holdings' visibility and market share.
